Talent Acquisition moving forward.

Talent Acquisition or good old recruiting as it was formerly known is here to stay. To support our efforts in this area we’ve been very productive over the last few months. We’ve done a make over on Gymjobs and soft launched www.talkingproduct.net and www.talkingmanagedservices.net.

We really believe this kind of community building approach to Talent Acquisition is the future. To be in a position to recruit the right people from curated talent pools has to be one of the cornerstones of modern TA.

Whether we are working inhouse or on assignment getting talent engaged with our clients culture and philosophy is vital for the success of these sites. It would be naive to think that overnight we can build a community. However some of our clients have offered to help with content. I hope that the 2 new sites can become great reference points. Helping people that are looking to move jobs or start their career in either Product or Managed Services.

Peter is starting to get busy once again as the managed services industry starts to blow off the cobwebs. In product I see plenty of jobs but some caution in hiring still. I guess this is down to the current uncertainty around the economy.

What’s going on right now?

We are starting to see a steady increase in demand for our services, but, being honest the last few months have been slow due to the impact of covid-19 on most of our customers.
